How to Manage Your Membership, Payments, Receipts and Account Settings

As you become more familiar with Covenant Connect, you may want to explore additional features, upgrade your membership, review payments or manage your account settings.

The Settings section brings several of these functions together.

Here is a practical guide to what you can do.

Understand Your Membership Options

Navigate to Settings → Upgrade your membership to compare the available tiers.

The platform offers four membership options:

Monthly price in ₦ and USD

• Seeker: Free
• Silver: ₦4,500/$6
• Gold: ₦9,500/$15
• Platinum: ₦25,000/$39

Explore Covenant Connect Pricing

The features available to you depend on your chosen tier.

For example, Silver adds email contact access and the ability to see who has liked your profile. Gold adds phone and WhatsApp access, full filters, priority placement, access to the verified-only pool and premium events.

Platinum includes a dedicated human matchmaker.

Review the current membership comparison on the platform before deciding which option suits your needs.

Consider Monthly or Annual Billing

You can choose monthly billing or annual billing.

Annual membership is priced at the equivalent of ten months, giving you two months' worth of savings compared with paying monthly for twelve months.

A seven-day Gold pass is also available if you want to try Gold features for a week before deciding whether to commit to a longer subscription.

Understand Payments and Renewals

Payments are processed through Paystack, with naira and US-dollar payment options.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing arrangement.

If a renewal fails, you receive a reminder and a grace period before your account returns to the free Seeker tier.

According to the platform guide, your information is not deleted during this downgrade.

Download Your Receipts

Navigate to Settings → Receipts to access branded invoices for your payments.

You can download these receipts for your records.

Invite Friends

The Invite friends section provides your referral link and tracks people who join through it.

If you know other Christian singles who may benefit from the platform, you can share the link with them.

Manage Notifications and Privacy

Under Alert settings, you can control which events generate in-app alerts and which are sent to your inbox.

The Notifications section provides a history of alerts you have received.

Under Privacy & data, you can request a copy of the information the platform holds or request permanent account closure.
