Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a relationship, and single. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to keep your profile current.

• You are responsible for your credentials and everything done through your account.
• One person, one account. Impersonation and duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Covenant Connect is a faith-centered community. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, deceive or exploit another member.
• Post sexually explicit, hateful, violent or unlawful content.
• Solicit money, promote a business, or recruit members to other platforms.
• Use another person's photos or misrepresent your marital status or intentions.
• Scrape, copy or automate access to member data.

We may review reports, remove content, restrict features or close accounts that breach these standards.

• Seeker membership is free. Silver, Gold and Platinum are paid subscriptions.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change with notice.
• Platinum matchmaking involves human introductions. We commit to effort and care, not to a specific number of introductions beyond what your plan describes.

Our compatibility scores are guidance, not promises. We do not guarantee a match, a relationship or a marriage, and we do not conduct criminal background checks unless expressly stated. Meeting anyone in person is your decision — meet publicly, tell someone you trust, and use your judgement.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Covenant Connect a licence to host, display and share your profile content with other members as required to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload.

Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships are automatically enrolled in our privacy-safe social ad cards, and members are briefed about this when they join. You grant us a licence to create and publish anonymised creative from your profile — initials, an age range, a general location, denomination, faith level, a few values or traits, a short quote, and an artistically blurred version of your approved photo.

We never publish your full name, exact age, precise location, Instagram handle, email, phone number, WhatsApp number, or an unblurred photo in this creative. You may withdraw at any time by turning off social ad shares in your profile settings; already-published creative may take a short time to be pulled down from ad platforms. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms, for safety reasons, or where required by law. Some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covenant Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any member, whether online or offline.
