How To Send a Pray and Connect Requests

On Covenant Connect, expressing interest in someone begins with a feature called Pray & Connect.
The idea is simple: rather than approaching another member casually, you can indicate that you have prayed about the connection and would like to begin a conversation.
Here is how the process works.
Step 1: Find a Profile That Interests You
You can start from your daily matches or open a profile through Browse Members.
Take time to read the person's profile and consider whether their stated values and intentions align with yours.
Step 2: Select Pray & Connect
When you are ready to express interest, select the Pray & Connect button on the profile or match card.
Follow the confirmation prompt to submit your request.
Step 3: Understand Your Daily Allowance
Your daily Pray & Connect limit depends on your membership:
Membership Daily requests Seeker - 3 Silver - 10 Gold - 15 Platinum - Unlimited
Your profile must also be at least 60% complete before you can send requests.
Step 4: Track Your Requests
After sending a request, navigate to Connect → Connections → Sent.
Your sent requests appear there, allowing you to keep track of their status.
The recipient receives a notification and an email informing them of your request.
Give them time to respond. Everyone deserves the freedom to consider a connection without pressure.
Your daily allowance resets at midnight.
Be Intentional About Who You Contact
Pray & Connect is not a competition to see who can send the most requests.
Before reaching out, ask yourself whether you have considered the person's profile, values and relationship intentions.
Prayer can be part of your decision-making, but it should accompany thoughtful evaluation rather than replace it.
Take the Next Step
Once you have sent your request, the next step depends on the other person's response.
If they accept, a private conversation opens. If they decline, you can continue your search respectfully.
