Privacy and consent

Every candidate takes part voluntarily and can accept or decline each introduction. Contact details are exchanged only with mutual consent, through Covenant Connect's approved channels. Matchmaking starts only once your payment is confirmed.

Questions

Does this guarantee a relationship?

No. We guarantee the introduction process: five curated introductions and five structured sessions. We can't promise a romance, relationship or marriage.

Will I get five phone numbers?

No. You get five introduction opportunities. A woman's contact details are shared only if you both want to stay in touch.

How long does it take?

We aim to complete your five introductions within 30 days of your advisor approving your brief.

What if a candidate declines or doesn't turn up?

Your advisor replaces her with another suitable candidate, so you still get five introductions.

Can I get a refund?

If we can't secure five suitable candidates within the 30-day window, we'll either extend your window or refund the introductions you didn't receive. Payments are non-refundable once all five sessions have taken place. Your advisor will explain the cancellation and missed-session rules before matching begins.

Is my information private?

Your details are seen only by the Covenant Connect team and, with your permission, shared briefly with candidates before a session.
